I called today on behalf of my client to find out a rate or hourly to use their service. He was extremely rude to me claiming that I wanted to get my way on the call and he wasn't going to give it to me and to find someone else. All this because I asked for his contingency fee, which he doesn't have, but then I asked for an hourly rate which he never mentioned and followed it up with dismissing me. 40 years of being an attorney and this is your level of professionalism? I would HIGHLY NOT recommend.

Sam Emerick is a good, honest attorney and a good person. He has worked hard to help many businesses with their commercial debt collection.
They are extremely rude!! Called in today and some racist ignorant coward answered and they were not professional at all
