Technician came out and fixed the AC in no time at all. Reasonably priced and very thorough. Ill be calling them back next time for sure!
Very disappointing. The technician said everything was fine, we just need to open the vents wide. Reason for one AC unit out of three not working properly? - Too hot outside (??). A week later a different firm sent a technician to identify a REAL technical problem. I still cannot believe I paid $40.00 for this nonsense.
This company is the best in Houston! The technicians are knowledgeable and they come in and get the job done. I called 3 other companies and they did not return my call. The first time I called Texas Comfort Systems someone answered right away and made my appointment for the same day. They had someone out within the hour. Fast and reasonably priced! I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
They showed up when they said they would. Not like other companies that don't even call. They installed a new system for me it was awesome and quiet. The technicians were very clean and polite they had all the work done the same day. Great experience!
I was looking for a company to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my unit. I had another company come out because my unit was not working and its only 7 years old and instead of him trying to fix it they were trying to sell me a brand new unit. I thought that was a little strange so I called Texas Comfort Systems for a second opinion and sure enough they just recommend a few inexpensive repairs and saved me thousands!! He showed up exactly when he said he would. He listened to the issue and provided feedback regarding his thoughts after he did his diagnostic check. He ordered the replacement part he had to leave to pick up the part but gave me a estimated return time later that same day. Once again...on time. Installed the part and said for us to call if we have any questions. Thanks Jesse for the great service!
Texas Comfort Systems came out and repaired my unit after I was told that it was too old and needed to be replaced. The technician told me that the compressor was still under warranty and and still in decent shape. The technician serviced and repaired my unit. I'm a happy camper! Definitely recommend!
I called 4 different companies and all were way over priced. All I needed was a spring maintenance check-up. I called Texas Comfort Systems and got there $49.00 Spring Check-up special! Best deal in town and technician was very informative!
