Dr. Keely Voytovich is such a great physician. She treated me in about 20 mins when another physician (at another clinic - not associated with Texas Colon) could not. She has such a great bedside manner (it reminds me of my brother who is a cardiologist) and she takes time to explain everything and answers all your questions. She is so professional. The Clinic’s staff are also so professional and nice to the patients. I would not hesitate to recommend Texas C&R Clinic.
Dr Hughes was great. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Quick and transparent billing.
My GI provider scheduled a last minute emergency appointment with Dr Hughes same day. All insurance was taken only hours prior to my visit. Nobody with the office mentioned my patient responsibility to me, until I got there. I advised I do not have the ENTIRE amount for my visit but I could provide my card information to run the next morning. My dad has been seeing Dr. Burleson and has only good things to say. He had a surgery and has been recovering well. Communication with the staff was really great and they were able to answer all of my concerns whether it was regarding the procedure, medications or even billing. We live in Arlington and drove all the way to Plano to see Dr. Burleson. I hope my dad doesn’t need anything in the future, but if he does then we’d have no hesitation to go back to see Dr. Burleson.
