Purchased a 2026 1500 that was defective. Odometer flashing indicating something was wrong with it. There was no disclosure of any issues by Texas dodge or the sales man. Had it looked at by the service department and they couldn’t fix the issue. My guess is that they knew what the issue was but did not want to inform me because they would never contact me back on the repair. Philip & Mr Haze customer service is 10 out of 10. From the start to finish everything was great. I would highly recommend request either when buying a car.
First off, if i could, I would give negative stars to this establishment! Im so disappointed in the way the service department treats women! My friends vehicle has been in their shop for over 4 months, and is currently being lied to as I give this review! The general manager still refuses to call her, even after three calls directly. All repairs are under factory warranty, and it shouldn't take over four moths to repair anything. How could anyone survive without a vehicle for this long! Waited 6 hours in my house for an oil filter and 2 air filters to be done and they forgat to let me know when it was done
The service department was awesome! They really helped me in a jam. New exactly what to do to get me on the road. Best qualities in any service team are take the customer seriously and be curious. Great folks.
