I had an issue with my 2025 RAM 1500. At 10400 miles, I noticed a grinding noise from the rear when making left turns. The RAM warranty customer services was not very helpful since they insisted the issue was a service issue managed by rear differential fluid change (at 10400 miles clearly not indicated) and I would have to pay out of pocket. The dealership was very helpful in helping me out with this matter and fixed the issue. I will certainly return to this dealership.
