I placed a phone order for two California steak sandwiches, one order of wings with fries, and an extra small fries. I clearly explained that one sandwich should have everything except mayo, and the other should have everything with yellow American cheese. When I received the food, one of the sandwiches was completely wrong—it was dry with only steak and lettuce, no cheese, no chili, and missing the toppings I asked for.
