Real awesome having this urgent care unit around the corner from home. Close to home, awesome staff and they are so attentive. I always recommend everyone and anyone to anything tx children’s. But most def always recommend this urgent care more than anything due to the staff and even though it can get packed they are still rather quick.
I like how it's convenient and close to the house. Like always everyone is nice and friendly.
By far the best urgent care experience ever. I had to take my 3 year old in today due to sudden high fever (turned out to be ear infection & flu) Very clean facility, ...and friendly/ helpful staff. We only had to wait maybe 10 min before called back....The nurse practitioner was AMAZING with my son! Before checking his ears, she told him a fun story about the zoo and for the first time in his life he allowed his ears to be checked without resisting. First time going to the urgent care with my new born and I’m happy Picked Texas children urgent care east. The sign in was easy with out a hassle. The staff was super nice and the facility was nice and clean. I was in and out in no time. I was very impressed and satisfied with the staff from the start to the end of my visit. Thank you
Had a great experience with my daughter who just broke her finger. Front desk ladies were courteous, nurse was very personable and attentive. Doctor came in relatively fast and was able to get the X-rays done very quickly. Overall a good experience. Will be back if needed.
