We had a horrendous experience with another Children’s Hospital in the Austin area for our daughter’s hearing issue. Switching to Texas Children’s was the best decision we ever made. The level of care from every person we came in contact with at Texas Children’s was outstanding. It is so obvious that their providers truly care. They accomplished in weeks what we waited for over 6 months at the other provider. The auditory specialist and surgeon were both world class. As a parent, I am eternally grateful to Texas Children’s.
Texas Children’s has been awesome for our family and incredibly thorough and diligent. Bella in the OR of the ENT clinic was very sweet and overly helpful and overall deserves a daisy award. I trust Texas Children’s and will be bringing my child and hopefully children here one day. We were very pleased.
Dr. Radha Ram is the best! I had been struggling with strabismus (lazy eye) since I was a child and as I got older, it got worse and much harder to live with. Everything from driving to reading to going down stairs required so much mental energy and eye strain. For years, I have had doctors say there was nothing I could do to fix it.
