Ive really tried to give this clinic a chance but the expectation is absurd. I had an appointments for my daughters well child, Due to an emergency I called to R/S the appointment & I was told because I was calling so short notice I could not reschedule & was not welcome to bring my child to this location again. ABSURD. If Im having an emergency & cant make it to the appointment now im going to loose my pediatrician? Thats ridiculous. I took my newborn to see Dr. Ovadia on 2 occasions, This last experience I had to make the decision to fire her as my babys pediatrician. The demenor was very heavy in how she was explaing her expectation for my baby. The whole appointment was her criticizing how Im doing things. As a doctor I would expect her to give medical advice not attack me as a mom how Im raising my baby. Ok. Bit of mixup on checking was going to charge me copay for child's vaccination. Cleared up by her colleague. Short wait for RN to give vaccine required by college. No problems after.
