The front desk personnel at the Texas children’s pediatric office in Pearland, Texas need better training on the professionalism and respect. The women at the front desk constantly talk concerning my account in a very loud voice over the entire waiting room. I feel as a father receive a disrespectful energy from the front desk simply for seeking out good health care. It is almost as if they don’t want fathers caring for their children.
Waiting time is awful!!!
My three children have been going to see Dr Chavez at this location for 15 years. Dr Chavez and her staff are attentive and take the time to discuss issues and questions. I love the convenience of MyChart and being able to schedule/reschedule appointments so easily. Highly recommend this clinic, its doctors and staff.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It has now been over ONE week since I've been calling and leaving voicemails for the office manager, Gabriella. Regarding the terrible / humiliating experience I had with front office rep Cynthia. I have left multiple voicemails with NO call back. Worse clinic I’ve been to by far. It never fails we have to wait at least an hour to be seen by the doctor for an appointment that only lasts 5 minutes since doctors are always rushing since they’re so behind. Recently had an appointment issue where they rescheduled us super last minute, mind you we live 35 minutes from here.
