My three children have been going to see Dr Chavez at this location for 15 years. Dr Chavez and her staff are attentive and take the time to discuss issues and questions. I love the convenience of MyChart and being able to schedule/reschedule appointments so easily. Highly recommend this clinic, its doctors and staff.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It has now been over ONE week since I've been calling and leaving voicemails for the office manager, Gabriella. Regarding the terrible / humiliating experience I had with front office rep Cynthia. I have left multiple voicemails with NO call back. Worse clinic I’ve been to by far. It never fails we have to wait at least an hour to be seen by the doctor for an appointment that only lasts 5 minutes since doctors are always rushing since they’re so behind. Recently had an appointment issue where they rescheduled us super last minute, mind you we live 35 minutes from here. Not for working Moms. I have to agree with most of the reviews here. This office has an absurd cancellation/attendance policy. I am all for respectful of everyone’s time but sometimes things happen. I called once to let office know I was running late and the front office personnel or who ever answered the phone reminded me that after 3 times, I would be “released” from the office. My kiddos started out with Dr Wilber from infancy and my son. Probably just went for his last appointment today. Dr Wilber has always been so kind and caring and listens to everything we have to say. My daughter decided she wanted a female doctor so about a year ago we switched to Dr. Brown and we absolutely adore her. She takes the time to listen in is super caring and friendly. She relates well to my teenage daughter
