Medical gaslighting is real here. Find another pediatric clinic. Esp if you don't want to get charged extra at every visit you come in for. Following up on an ear infection? Extra bc you asked if they could double check since there's still pain. Well visit- they charge so much that you now owe $60-$100 on top of what they charged your ins. Horrible front desk they are not wanting to check you in anymore forcing people to check in themselves online. Will be searching for a new pediatrician office.
Alexa is seriously the most amazing medical assistant. We had some hardships with my son’s nutrition and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us, mentor us, and hold our hand through the process.
