Hard to get a phone appointment. Front staff are always rude and look like they hate being there. Worst TCH front staff. They're slow to relay messages to the doctors. If the doctors weren't so amazing, I would have switched my children's pediatrician long time ago.
New parent and found Dr. Ramirez. She has been great. You can truly tell she loves her job and loves children. Iris, at the front desk has been so incredibly helpful along the way and so sweet. So far it has been a great experience coming into this office. Thank you for everything you do.
