As new twin moms we were looking for a pediatric location that would provide the best care possible to our newly arrived blessings. We are glad we found this location with the amazing and careful staff and knowledgeable doctors. The facility it’s self is welcoming and spacious a great compliment to the quality of care our children receive. Yes they are twins but they are also two different people and I love the detail this location puts into caring for them both.
The office staff at this location are extremely disrespectful .. Today I had the worst experience that I have ever had with any branch associated with TCH EVER ! Your staff member by the name of Maria, at the Friendswood location was unprofessional, loud, and disrespectful throughout our phone conversation. When I requested appropriate communication, she disconnected the call. This behavior is unacceptable for any healthcare facility, particularly a pediatric office. Terrible staff, terrible representatives. Don’t come to the Friendswood location
As first time parents choosing the right pediatric was so important to us and nerve wrecking. We’re so glad we chose this place because everyone here is so kind and helpful. We see Dr.Cowling and she is truly amazing at what she does and we’re always going to continue seeing her as long as we can.
