UPDATE: Still can’t resolve an inaccurate medical dispute where I am being charged for 2 ultrasounds after 3 months. Our new clinic says their ultrasound techs are underpaid and incentivized to make visits as quick as possible. Horrible, anxiety inducing, joy sucking experience. I don’t even know the name of the doctor that reviewed our scan. I’m asking for a different referral for our 20 week scan.

Despite calling for 3 weeks in advance and informing the staff in almost every way possible that we want ONLY female providers - and Dr. Megan Shepherd being confirmed as the surgeon - Dr. Ahmed Salaheldin simply walked into the room where my wife was before surgery. Not sure why he believes that him being the attending makes him an exception to this rule? We plan to escalate this complaint against him as far high as possible
If I could give them no stars I would but it won’t let me leave a review with less, the all the receptionist where very rude, the ultra sound tech was decent but didn’t have any personality, the doctor was severely overweight and gasping for as he sat in the chair and stumbled though a completely half prepared diagnosis that seemed like it wasn’t even meant for us. He appeared like he haven’t showered and left an oder lingering when he exited the room. Very unprofessional all the way around. Would not recommend to anyone.
I was in awe at seeing my unborn baby and even laughed a little just like any pregnant woman would do and my god , the sonographer was so rude. Like me laughing bothered her .. this was suppose to be a beautiful moment for me and my boyfriend regardless and she ruined the moment for me til the point I just stop looking at what she was measuring. The doctor came in and told me misleading information and actually scared me til the point I got upset and cried. My regular OB was pissed by time I made it to his office 20 minutes ... read more
