I am writing this review to formally address a deeply upsetting and unprofessional experience I had on 1/27/2026 @11:30pm we had with a charge nurse named Kiana Boric, who was serving as the night charge nurse on the 11th floor of the Legacy Tower, during my child’s hospital stay. My daughter went through hell in this tower but I thank the Doctors and Nurses on this floor. Jordan was awesome as a Doctor, Trevor was a badass nurse right when Kaylee got there appreciate it man. Some overnight girl nurses need more training but it is what it is, Alexis you’re awesome for listening to my story thanks for saying I had a Heart of Gold. 💛 I think my daughters is stronger than mine. God bless and please if yall see someone out their in the world that needs help yall do what yall do best ✌🏽
