The care from the doctors and nurses is outstanding. There is alway a warm welcome and our son that is fighting a brain tumor is shown so much love no matter if we go to the main or west campus. Now the reason I give only two stars is thanks to the TX Childrens horrible billing department. We get constant bills that are not correct, or for amounts that we do not owe. When you call the number that is on the bill they help you with nothing. I was actually told last time I called that they are in a different state and can't rea... read more
