My friend took her 4yr old to the ER several days ago and was told by the DOCTOR that she had the “Pink Flu”! WTH? The grandmother took the child to her normal doctor the next day and was told she had Measles! What is going on up at that hospital? I would rather go to the vet clinic!

My 15 year old daughter went to the specialty care clinic in Sugar Land Tx. I'm sure the care was fine but my complaint is about your lab and billing practice. We went to the doctor office for a scheduled visit and while there a lab was needed, what the doctor didn't tell us the lab at this location bills like we just walked into an emergency room, 600% higher that going to a Quest lab down the street. My insurance covers labs at 100% as part of doctor visit which this was. Your Doctors needs to know this and explain it to t... read more
