If I can just report the West Campus I would my son was in horrible pain and all they checked was his urine and send us home gladly I brought him to Texas Children’s Main Campus where they did a ultrasound the first 10 minutes we were here and found a irrupted appendix if they would of done their job my son wouldn’t be in horrible pain waiting for surgery
I arrived at my appointment only to be told Insurance had not yet approved the sleep study for my child. I could stay but it was not guaranteed they would cover it so I left and was told I would get a call back when insurance had approved it. I received a call on Sunday a few hours before a appointment they scheduled with no notification and could not make it on such late notice. I then call to try and reschedule and they tell me I cannot make appointment at that campus because I was a no show. Now I have to wait 3 months fo... read more
RecommendedAbsolutely amazing hospital and staff. Took wonderful care of my grandson. His 7 days stay was not so bad with all the love he got from everyone from the doctors and nurses to the housekeeping and maintenance. Thank you so very much. ❤️
