As I patiently waited, I said to myself well it’s been two hours… they should be calling us soon…..3 hours nothing, 4 hours nothing, 5 hours later I said to my self well I’m already paying for parking ticket!!!! Six hours later I decided to go up and see why they didn’t at least give the patients waiting the heads up. 2 people was called in a 6 hour wait and when I asked for a school note even though my daughter wasn’t seen she explained how they couldn’t in the most disrespectful body language and tone. On the second night after my son's surgery, my son fell and got injured in the bathroom. I called our assigned nurse Deidra Robinson to help my son as he was bleeding all over the floor. But she refused to help us even after I pleaded with her twice. As my son layed on the ground bleeding, she walked away stating that "It's not my job to help patients in the bathroom". She did not call for assistance nor did she offer to call another nurse to help us. Very unprofessional and rude nurse, poor quality patient care...
