very slow, takes very long to get to a very sick baby takes there sweet time. not good staffs not good nurses didn’t care my baby was in pain from an ear infection and a very high blood pressure and he’s been crying nonstop and didn’t give him medicine for the fever.i have been here for 7 hours and still haven’t felt better.
The staff was incredible, we had a great experience taking our baby in for treatment
Dr. Mary Paul front desk Staff “LAURIE” extremely rude and disrespectful. cares more about her feelings than patient care. she needs immediate retraining . will never bring my child to this location
Saved my daughter’s life. Texas Children’s is the number one pediatric heart care center in the world for a reason, both for CHD and transplant. My daughter was born with CHD and is now a heart transplant recipient. She will continue her care here for the rest of her life, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her future.
