I found this clinic through Aetna and gave them my specific plan information, called to confirm that they accepted my insurance and whether a specific doctor was available, then they directed me to a different doctor that was available. Only to find out 4 months after my visit that the doctor I was directed to by the office did not accept Aetna. Seems very unprofessional by the office. What an absolute breeze and weight lifted, this clinic not only does thorough exams, and answers every question that makes you feel as an individual and not another number.
Dr. Smith is a very patient and amazing doctor. I had wonderful experience with her.
Was sent over to Women's Health Pavilion, spoke to Maria. All I needed was to cancel an appt. She kept interrupting me and was extremely rude. All I needed was one minute to find my physicians name because it was my first OBGYN visit, so I wasn't sure where I needed to be directed to. It's your own fault that you hate your life Maria :) It's sad. Don't be like Maria guys!
The absolute best! You feel so comfortable with everyone who works here. They’re all so kind and patient with you. I have horrible anxiety and I never feel anxious or rushed when dealing with the nurses here. ❤️
