The staff was fine but Dr. Bowles was an arrogant individual that has little to no patient interaction skills. Spent an hour and $300 dollars for a wasted consultation. He told me the cost of procedures was not at all what he would focus on. And his explanations of procedure might be understood by other doctors, but not the general public. Sadly I’m night back where I started and $300 dollars shorter than I was.
They have attempted to collect an outstanding balance from me that I paid last year with receipts and bank transaction to prove it. They will not respond by email and their voicemail box is full. I will be reporting them to the Texas Medical Board if this collection attempt does not cease.
Went in for a routine wisdom tooth removal and ended up with TMJ issues because he was too rough which messed up the joint/disc in my jaw. Wish I got the surgery done from someone else
We had an incredible experience with Dr. Bowles and his team today. My two-month-old had a tongue tie procedure, and it went so smoothly. It was quick, efficient, and handled with such care. Dr. Bowles was thorough and reassuring, and the whole process was over before I knew it. The office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made such a difference during what could have been a stressful moment. I’m so grateful we chose this office. Highly recommend to any parent navigating tongue or lip tie concerns!
"Doctor is great. Most staff is great except for Chelsea at the front desk and Jessie (billing) is the doctor’s wife. The front desk is just rude. Billing is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. Jessie Bowles will not return my numerous calls. It took 4 months for her to file a claim the insurance company would pay. She billed my medical insurance in February for Digestive Surgery (I had a tooth pulled) using incorrect codes on most of 9 charges totaling 1,946.00. That is insurance fraud.
