Went in for a routine wisdom tooth removal and ended up with TMJ issues because he was too rough which messed up the joint/disc in my jaw. Wish I got the surgery done from someone else
We had an incredible experience with Dr. Bowles and his team today. My two-month-old had a tongue tie procedure, and it went so smoothly. It was quick, efficient, and handled with such care. Dr. Bowles was thorough and reassuring, and the whole process was over before I knew it. The office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made such a difference during what could have been a stressful moment. I’m so grateful we chose this office. Highly recommend to any parent navigating tongue or lip tie concerns!
"Doctor is great. Most staff is great except for Chelsea at the front desk and Jessie (billing) is the doctor’s wife. The front desk is just rude. Billing is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. Jessie Bowles will not return my numerous calls. It took 4 months for her to file a claim the insurance company would pay. She billed my medical insurance in February for Digestive Surgery (I had a tooth pulled) using incorrect codes on most of 9 charges totaling 1,946.00. That is insurance fraud. I am a disabled veteran and the VA has been telling me for about 4 months now that this is who they approved me to see. Only issue is the VA tells me it’s good to go and they should be calling me to schedule an appointment, so me trying to be proactive I call to get scheduled and they act as if they don’t know why I am calling or who I am and it’s literally like pulling teeth to get either side to communicate.
