Bought a vehicle the check engine light came on, I still have no resolution to the problem after 5 months and they owe me 178.00 for having the light checked. Poor service.
Poor customer service! They require a $1000.00 deposit to hold a vehicle and it's non refundable even if the car fails inspection!!! This makes buying their vehicle from out of state very difficult. They had a vehicle for sale that I had been searching for for 4 months. With approved financing, I made an offer and they accepted. To me a verbal agreement should be good enough to hold a car.
