I contacted Texas Carpet Care to clean my carpet. I spoke to Mr. Castillo and he sounded very professional and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment for the following morning since we spoke late in the afternoon. They showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule which was a plus because some businesses show up late and treat you as if they’re doing you a favor by showing up instead of the other way around. Definitely recommend Texas Carpet Care, Mr. Castillo made it out to the house less than an hour after placing the call and conducted a thorough walkthrough of the rooms to be cleaned inspecting the stains to be removed. He talked to us about what would be removed and what stains would likely not.
