Communication was on Point, quick text replies until he was supposed to call me back in a few minutes and I never heard back.
Dealer was fast, friendly, and answered all my questions. They did a good job of describing my VW. I would recommend them.

I would not buy anything from this dealer, drove 800 miles to see this truck and it had a bad motor they did not tell me about ahead of time. Sales was poor. They don’t care about customers just their money.

Got preapproved and was ready to purchase, but the dealer did not want to wait for drafting from my bank, and said their banks would have better rates, that he would have them compete against another. I told him I'd rather go with my preapproved offer and my preferred bank. He said he would not do that because they didn't have the title yet.
