Been with them since 2018 and they’ve always been reliable and done a great job with new pests in our new build neighborhood. Every message is responded to timely and has always come out even when it’s not his ordinary routine if a new problem comes up. Highly recommend Josh and his team
The service was fine when we had them. They are not responsive to calls or emails though. We could not contact anyone when trying to cancel service. We ended up having to cancel the recurring charge through our bank.

Horrible!! If you cancel they will charge 80% off the remaining 2 year contact. Which I didn't know about. I thought this was quarterly service and could cancel at anytime. Unfortunately, I wasn't at home when the service was started, so I couldn't read the contract. I'm stuck with a $600.00 bill.
Lee was extremely rude and unprofessional did not take care of the problem at all.
