We enjoyed dinner here the other night for my husbands birthday. He had the Filet & Lobster/Surf & Turf & I had the Blue Cheese Filet. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and I would of never thought about steak sauce for these steaks. I was able to cut my steak with a fork!
