Best place to call/ go to if you need help with your pool! They have helped me through every problem I have had and they have gone above and beyond to help. Everyone who works here is so nice and knowledgeable. I have used them several times with pool maintenance and they help me every week when I need help deciding what chemicals to put in the pool.
they sub most everything out. then when u call with a problem ur told they cant get to you, their workers show up an call u 10x an try an tell u what u need, when u buy it an try 2 call 1 of the numbers back, they dont answer, so called blue lake an was told not our fault there not employed by me.its a fine line, have spent thousands there, do it yourself, google it. cost a lot less without the bs. there all bs. who ever left the reveiw about in ground pools they do, they cant handle a shitty above pool. 1 star only because.
We purchased a pool last year. We were convinced to use baquacil and it’s been expensive and extremely irritating to our skin and eyes. We brought this up to the blonde owner and she made us feel as big as crickets. She told us we were “overreacting” and that it was something else that was irritating our guests and family. We switched to Algacide instead of CDX. No change. We spent almost $800 fixing our pool last year with “remedies” that the owner recommended. I would have put negative star if I had a way to do that. I called this company to come and open the pool for the season. They sent two guys to open and clean the pool. Both guys spent. 3 and 1/2 hours cleaning the cover. And spend one hour trying to skim the water and pour chemicals. They turned on the pump which it was working at first, but because they did not pay attention to the water level, which it was lower than the skimmer, the pump sucked air in and got burnt.
