I had an great experience today at the Best Hat Store. Almost to quick in and out, lol. I already knew the straw model # I wanted so just a quick size check and off to the steamer for shaping. I trusted them totally to get me just what I wanted. I had visited another box store a few weeks before to buy an American hat and the kid started shaping it without steam, and I could hear it just cracking and crunching I just had to tell him no thanks I’ll pass today. Great customer service! I called in to order and the gentleman walked me through the process to get me exactly what I wanted. I was able to send in a picture for the brim shape, they had it shipped out the same day and it arrived here in Pennsylvania 3 days later. The hat is exactly what I wanted!

Great customer service and quality. Very knowledgeable. Cody help me get the shape perfect for my Stetson! That guy really knows how to get it done and right!
