Recommendedquality hats and good western wear items
Got a new hap from there. The guys there were very helpful in what I came for. They let me try a couple different colors. Went to the “hat bar” where a young man custom shaped my hat to my liking. I was completely happy walking out with my hat. I’ll be back soon for another!
Goes well beyond expectations. Shipped my American 10x to them for a new sweatband and this thing was rough! When I received it back not only did they replace the band but they cleaned this thing up, put in a new liner, tag, shaped it up, and even sent it back in an American Hat Co. box not a standard mail shipping box which is what I sent it in 😂. All this for waaay cheaper than I had expected. definitely recommend them to anyone!
Best service best hats. Enjoyed the morning and best hat purchase ever
Big disappointment, walked in to have my hat repaired. I was going to have them clean it and replace the sweat band. Was told they don't replace sweat bands. I seen this service on their website. Why have services on their website when they don't do them. Won't be a future customer. Will get my next hat elsewhere.
If possible I will never buy a hat from another place. The guys were great and very helpful!!
