I’ve purchased two hats from The Best Hat Store. I bought one in person at the store and ordered the other through the website. Everyone there is wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and they shape a great hat. I’ll never buy a hat anywhere else.

The folks at the store are absolutely nicest people to meet. Ryan the Manager and staff are super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them as much as my family enjoyed shopping for a hat. The place was very busy (as always) even in the late afternoon and it seemed to take on an atmosphere of the old TV show; “Cheers”. A must see and stop if you’re wanting an American straw or felt hat and shaped to your liking. Will return next trip through Texas

I drove 3 hours from Fort Hood (Army Veteran) to get to The Best Hat Store and it was well worth the drive. As soon as I came in I was greeted and made to feel at home. The store was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The hat I bought (200X felt and a model 6800 straw) feels of way better quality than anything you could get at any common western store. Thank you, I have been wanting a nice felt hat for a while. Finally went and got a 10x Steel Gray Felt from Best Hat and couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend them
