While my experience at TBI with Dr. Bosita and the Physical Therapy Department a there has been very pleasant, the staff in the front office there is pathetic! They have knack for losing information, not returning phone calls and poor communication within departments. They have lost and miscommunicated my information 3 times now since I started going there in September 2011. The Office Manager there is even worse. My experiances with the Plano, Texas location of Texas Back Institute, has been as pleasant as could possibly be. My doctor, DR. Sharon Gibbs, MD has been outstanding in her efforts to ease my pain, and try to make me as functional as possible. I have been seeing DR. Gibbs since 2003, and I would recommend DR.
