Great experience from start to finish. Entire staff treated me like family and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Made a stressful situation feel like a breeze. Look forward to leaving my care in the hands of these wonderful people.

Extremely poor experience. Unfortunately, I never made it to the appointment phase because their website allows you to book an appointment online, and sends you an appointment confirmation, but then they call you the day before your appointment and tell you that it is actually not confirmed and they try to bait and switch you to a different location at a different time. As I sit in the hospital 2 days after surgery I have just got up and walked for 200 feet twice with the ability to supinate my left foot. Yes there’s pain that is being expertly controlled with medications but post op pain is common and to be expected. The banner here is an increase in function. From the first appointment to today Texas Back Institute has delivered excellent expert care. Thank you Texas Back for a tough job extremely well done. I’m scheduled for back surgery with them and I’m one week out. I’d cancel if I was not out of options at this point. Their care is garbage. I wish I would have never chose them. I’ll update this review after my surgery. I’m praying the surgery works. I honestly have zero evidence the clinicians give a damn. If you’re considering Texas Back Institute, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if possible.
