Saw Dr. Staub due to my neck issues and he was beyond thorough and answered all my questions. Office was very clean and staff was super courteous ! Especially his front desk receptionist and his medical assistant!
The team as a whole at the Texas Back Institute was outstanding. I didn't have a single issue with anyone. Everyone was polite, answered all the questions I had through the process and were attentive to anything that was needed. Not to Mention Surgeon Dr. Derman knocked my surgery out of the park. I haven’t felt this great in Decades!
The staff and the doctor are so professional a DJ have excellent customer service!!!!
I have seen Dr Gill off and on since 1991. I trust his advice guidance and judgment more than any other doctor I can think of. I first saw him when he was with the Carroll Clinic , later I saw him when he was the director of The Spine Center at UT Southwestern and he did a discectomy for me which worked out perfectly, and I recently saw him again just to see where I'm at with my back which still gives me some problems because of multiple compression fractures and a history of osteoporosis. This was my first visit to this office, and I had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in easy. The medical assistants were thorough and attentive, and I really appreciated their care. PA Claire was excellent—she explained everything clearly and in detail, making sure I understood each step. Overall, I felt very well taken care of.
