dissatisfied customer I purchased a car on friday night and was told they would fix the rotar if I came back on Monday. When I returned I was told that was not warranty Item and as long as the brakes stop the car it was ok. I am still fighting them about this I would never recommend them to anyone. they lied to get me to buy the car now they will not honor thier promise. but there is such thing as a verbal agreement is a legal binding contract in Texas. I would not even give their business a full star . They are shady people... read more

Red Flags while shopping helped me Dodged a Bullet – In 2009 I was looking to replace a car and went to Weisner who I had previous bought from and was satisfied with. The Weisner guy said you need to go to Texas Auto Brokers- he then got in a car and drove me over to Texas Auto Brokers. fair warning to potential buyers – like the previous submitter, i too only gave this rating one star simply because there is not a "zero" or "negative stars" option. BE MORE FREAKING RUDE – I only gave this place one star, simply because it did not give me the option of no stars. The only thing decent I can say about this place is thank God they were unprofessional and rude over the phone and my husband and myself did not waste our time on a real life encounter. Wanted Me To Say I Am Sorry? – I am Christine Matthews and about 20 minutes ago, I finished with mediation that IMO, did not go well for me, the buyer. One has to wonder if the mediators are paid buy the Dealers. I still have my right to Free Speech. I think. losser company I would not go there to buy one of their cars. They want help you. They lie to you. And if you don't pay on time they put a hefty late charges. Making it hard to get caught up. Then they put it on your credit report as slow payer.
