I have been a patient at this clinic for the past 5 years. I drive from SE Oklahoma to see Dr. Vasquez or Taryn and always feel they care about my wellness and are right on top of my health. The business department contacts me to correct their questions and they immediately fix any issues. This clinic in Tyler, TX is one of the best for arthritis and rheumatology issues. Since coming to Texas Arthritis my pain has been greatly reduced. Most days I have zero pain. The staff is outstanding.
I had my first appt on Thursday. I could have seen another specialist closer to me in Longview but chose to drive to Tyler to see Dr. Vasquez based on reviews. I'm very happy with my decision. The office was very professional and organized. Very happy with my interactions with the office.
Dr Graves and all his staff along with (PA Taryn) are amazing. The office staff are warm and welcoming, polite, and wonderful to work with. Dr Graves / Taryn are patient and will listen without just pushing more meds on you. I cant say enough wonderful things about this entire office.
