All the staff are nice and the office is such a cute one with all the snacks & drinks are always filled up. The escrow officer Erica really communicated and quickly responded as well.
This title company was chosen from the seller and they took forever to respond. They are supposed to be a neutral party innthe transaction yet they wohld stop communicating with the lender as per seller request and kept delaying the transaction. When I called them to ask them to respond to the lender so we could speed up the process I was yelled over the phone. We pretty much needed an email from the seller every time they needed a response. I will not be using them again and I would never chose them as a title company. Wors... read more
