My complex uses this vendor and my ac has not been working properly since I moved in and now doesn’t work at all. On two occasions the Texas Air worker has said that they were going to come back and just didn’t. As a property manager that has called on this vendor twice now, both times they were responsive within 24 hours or less. They check emails and also are fair in their services. I had a major AC repair needed and asked them to adjust the temperature at the end of the service. The technician left before finishing this but they came out a few days later to change this setting for us at no additional charge.
