If I'm honest, I've never used their services. But one of their drivers almost ran into me turning on red when I had a green arrow. When I saw him at the next light, he was staring down at his phone before he even stopped. At the following light, I rolled down my window and told him he shouldn't be looking at his phone while driving. He said "I was looking at my maps, ma'am" in a snarky tone.
