Just had the best experience today with these folks! Woke up in a panic because air was not cooling this morning (and it was going to be 106 today). Got a return call and a technician showed up at 1 to fix us up. We are thankful to be cool tonight! Appreciate the wonderful customer service during this hot weather when I know they are overloaded with work!
