Joseph was the ultimate professional. Although he normally did not service my area, he agreed to take care of the duct/vent cleaning at my home. He arrived promptly at the time and day we agreed and efficiently proceeded to cover all appliances prior to cleaning. Service was very expeditious and efficient. Him and his assistant did a negative air pressure cleaning on a 2143 square feet home with 15 vents, cleaned 3 return air, and vacuumed all areas prior to leaving. Hired Texas Air Duct Cleaning Services to clean my air ducts that haven’t been cleaned for a very long time and they did a great job! Joseph, the owner, is very nice and professional. Their pricing is also very competitive. They came in fully prepared with all the equipments and spent nearly 6 hours on cleaning all the ducts, ceiling registers and they cleaned my dryer vent for free! I highly recommend Joseph and their service.
Joseph was recommended to me by parents when they got their duct cleaned a few years ago. My issue was that I had a horrible stench when I turned on my heater or AC. It was not your typical dust burning smell, maybe perhaps dirty sock, but mostly burning of metal. It was HORRIBLE. I had at least 4-5 HVAC companies come out and no one could solve the issue.
