I've had a contract since 2006 for septic inspection with Texas Aerobic Systems. I noticed sticker on panel for last inspection was 2010 although I have paid them every year. I opened the cover and discovered alarm and pump breakers off. Contacted Shawn who told me he had record of us having a contract but he didn't have inspection info on hand. Scheduled a Friday meeting and he no showed. Also contacted Williamson County and she advised they're behind on logging inspections but we needed to get a contract with someone.
I would never recommend this company! According to the agreement we had signed with them they are supposed to be onsite or respond to my auto dialer within 48 hours...they disconnected my phone line without notifying me. For two days my alarm was going off- which was also on mute and I didn't know there was an issue. The compressor had failed causing the system to go into "safe mode" and the water/sludge rose so high that it was shocking that the system didn't back up into my house. We have used Texas Aerobic for 2 contract cycles (they were the maintenance provider on our OSSF) until we discovered they were falsifying reports and generally using unethical methods and no morals in their business practices. On multiple occations he has recommended we have the tanks pumped due to sludge levels; but upon receiving a second opinion, we were told we didn t need it pumped at all.
