Great customer service! Love the doctors and staff.
Yesterday my experience was NOT favorable. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was not seen until 12:00 noon. This is unacceptable. I have used this clinic for years, but I am not planning to return. I feel that my time is worth more than this.

After initially feeling like I was ten feet tall, I am really starting to adjust to my new glasses, I love them. The reason I gave 5 stars is due to the incredible staff, I had interactions with 4 employees and they were all professional and extremely courteous. I will be back! Thanks!
late last year we moved from Iowa, and immediately began the search for an eye doctor and resources. my first appointment for an annual checkup and new script/frames went very well. everyone, and I mean everyone was helpful, more than courteous and seemed to have a sincere desire to want to help at every phase of the appointment.
