I have worked in hospitals since 1991 and have been hearing horror stories for years from patients about their experiences. Today, I experienced one true horrible experience, and I can now relate with these people and how they can just flip out! I arrived at the counter with all the new patient information filled out completely and handing it to a receptionist at 2:45 pm for a 3:00 pm appointment and then I took my seat in the waiting room totally happy about finally getting off my my butt and going to have my eyes examined.... read more

They are very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Okay first off I just want to say I have always loved this establishment but I am so disgusted with the service I saw today. I took my grandparents in today and was dropping them off for their eye exams. As the very kind older woman at the front desk put the clipboards with their information on it behind her for a doctor to see them, I heard 2 younger women arguing over who had to take them to a room. Best eye doctor in town! I always make an appointment and see Dr Fenton. His staff is very knowledgeable, well trained and friendly!
I wouldnt take my dog here had I not taken my son somewere else he'd more then likely be blind they said let's put glasses on him they should correct the problem after a few years his vision kept getting worse I finally took him to Dr Curtis in Hugo were he finds he has leaky valves in his aorta we were then sent to a specialist in Durant were he found my son has Coats Disease it affects boys between ages 5-10 at this point he was already 8 so this is wat he had all along the Dr seen it & never said a word so we've been goin... read more
