RecommendedThanks to 2 energetic dogs, I broke my foot on 4/16. This was my first visit to TEC. There is no way to explain how impressed I am with these guys. Dr. Erik Jacobsen, RN Stephen, and all the staff were so professional, warm, and very well organized. I was seen by the wonderful Dr. Jacobsen, given a pain killer, had X-rays, given a boot, crutches, and a RX for pain meds -- ALL in less than 30 minutes. These people really have this down to an art. I was a patient on March 1 they were so good to be and my family blessed to be so taken care of
In the early morning on Thursday 4-9-2020 I had to make a trip to this wonderful er. Having chest pains and all they were so nice fast and caring and especially patient with me. I have used this facility before with my son and they were by far the best with him also. I will continue to use this facility and their staff for all my emergency needs. So if y’all have an emergency go to the Texarkana emergency center! They are the best.
Me and my son enjoyed the experience at Texarkana Emergency Center. Everything was clean. Everybody was quick and friendly. We had good service.
I had to seek care for pain from an abcessed tooth and being near midnight it was nice to find these folks. The pain spiked later that evening overpowering the standard over-the-counter pain meds I had been taking to manage the pain. The staff was well prepared for patients who might be contagious providing masks for everyone there. I was taken back fairly quickly and got a prescription for a strong pain medication. Not just any er but the best ER ... the Quality of service and care that you receive is outstanding... and the fact that there is little to no wait makes it even better
They were super awesome to me, when I had to go there!! Even during this pandemic, they were friendly and professional and I was very impressed with nurses and doctor. Thank You!!
