This place refused to treat my grandparents without a upfront $2400 my grandparents are highly possible covid19 patients. They have insurance but they claim they do not accept it. Best hope and pray nothing happens to my grandparents because there’s gonna be hell to pay!

I visited your facility as a patient for the first time last night (have visited 3 times before with family members as patients and the care has always been good). Texarkana Emergency Center was super fast and everyone was so nice. We didn’t even start filling my paperwork before I was called back and when I was, I had 4-5 people in there asking questions and getting my started with IV’s. When I have to go to any type of hospital, I will forever go here. They are the absolute best!
This emergency facility was so great. The staff was friendly and fast. I had to be admitted to st michaels for emergency surgery and they did that at the facility and the transition went so smooth. I highly recommend this for your emergency needs. Thank you to your staff

we came in with our son Braxton with a snake bite and EVERYONE there was FANTASTIC and so good with him and made what could have so scary so comforting for us. The place was so clean and we was seen very quickly. The Dr. even called the next day to check on him to make sure everything was still good. I highly recommend them anytime shall the need arise we need to be seen again for anything and in the area we will for sure go here with out a doubt. Thank you all for the kind and caring service.
