Not worth the price, the building is disgusting not maintained at all, it always stinks of garbage. STAFF WILL ROB YOU literally take YOUR stuff from YOUR APARTMENT.
Horrible place to live. Elevator broke and fell while I was still inside. Management refused to do anything about it. The elevator doesn’t work half of the year. There’s problems with bugs, murky water, and sometimes smell.
Good condo’s and responsive management. One of my best experiences in west campus.
Do not rent or lease from this complex. They will try to take your money and then keep your entire security deposit for damages and charges that are not your responsibility. Our landlord Hyun Joo Joh has been extremely rude & inappropriate, she is trying to keep the entire security deposit for things we did not do so, we are taking legal action.
