A Terrible and Unprofessional Experience – Texan Eye Surgery Center (7000 N. Mopac Expressway) I had two cataract surgery appointments at Texan Eye Surgery Center, and my experience was truly disappointing. On October 13, 2025, my right-eye surgery went smoothly, but the discharge process was careless. The worst customer service in history of surgery centers I recommend know
My right eye cataract surgery, by Dr. Branch was a lot easier & faster than I’d expected. He’s only about 38-39 years old, and I was impressed by his skill. Once he arrived, the replacement of my lens couldn’t have been any faster. I was awake through the whole procedure, and it took less than 15 minutes for him to do it. The staff who prepared me, took the time to be sure that everything & everyone he needed was in the right place when he arrived.
I had cataract surgery at Texas Surgery off Far West in Austin, Tx. I was so impressed on the professionalism shown to me. My surgeon Dr. Branch was so caring and professional! Dr. Bell anesthesiologist was so informative and made sure I was well informed and taken care of! Linda and Thomas my nurses made me comfortable and kept me and very calm! Highly recommend Texas Surgery!
