I love Texadelphia, the food is amazing. However, the service was bad and to many employees on their cell phones instead of helping customers. Had to get our own to go bags because they were to busy to pay us any attention.

Too bad this place service isn't up to what it should be. Being on hold for more than 10 minutes to order carry out is way too long. I was on hold longer than it took to walk in from the parking lot across Oklahoma Ave and still be on hold while waiting through the line of people. I hung up once they were taking my order at the counter. Food was a simple South Philly without mushrooms. Shouldn't of been hard to get right. They didn't get it right and food was cold by time walked back out to truck to eat. I made the decision ... read more
