If I could give less than a one star, I would. This company is absolutely ridiculous and could legitimately care less about their customers. They have harassed my wife repeatedly about her service animal even after providing documentation. The man actually came to the door of the store before we walked in to stop her from entering. What was the plan? Was he going to physically bar her from entrance? For what reason?
