I found this place online while searching for vegan-friendly places to eat during our weekend getaway to Madison. Fun atmosphere and yummy food! The vegan queso and vegan tacos were delicious! The menu is clearly marked for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, which made ordering so much easier. Service is sometimes suspect but the food is always delicious! Get there earlier on weekend nights as they sometimes can run out of ingredients.
I was a little skeptical because I traditionally don't go off the beatenT path when I'm in Madison. My wife found the place on Yelp. The food and service were great. Kid friendly. The variety of menu items where great. It a Mexicali style joint, with a unique flair. I ordered the Slow-Braised Brisket Torta. It was one of the most delicious things I've eaten. Savory and sweet. Highly recommended!

Who am I just a guy with his family visiting from Milwaukee... Service was great Food was plentiful and thats great but bland and my bloody was also bland on the good side it was all locally grown produce... All n all about 3.5 stars givin..
Service Was Slow!! Waiter Was Not Very Friendly!! Had 2 Wait Forever For Food And When It Came Out The Food Was Like It Sat Under The Heat Lamp Forever... Presentation Of The Food Was Horrible!! Overall, A Horrible Place And Will Not Be Going Back!!
