When looking for a home inspector I researched several companies in the area. After reading reviews I decided to go with Chris from Tex Star Inspections. I was very pleased with his thoroughness. Chris is AWESOME!!! The real estate agent told me the buyer's aren't normally present during the inspection, but Chris said it wouldn't be a problem. I am SO glad I went. He explained everything he was checking and how it could become a potential problem -- or if it wouldn't be a serious issue at all. His report was thorough and the seller agreed to all of the repairs.
