Traci is awesome! I came up to see an apt but it was rented an hour before I arrived. Traci was able to show me other apartments in the area right away and even drove me around. The first apartment she showed was awesome and perfect for what I was looking for, super close to transportation, the gym, the grocery store and even had a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Thanks Traci!
Traci is great, nice, and helpful. Many NYC brokers especially around the beginning of summer are only focused on numbers, but she actually cared about finding us a place we'd be happy with. In my previous experience, after signing the lease, the broker became super distant and wouldn't answer any of our questions. Traci still continues to help us make a smooth transition.
Traci was amazing. This is my first place in the city and I had to factor quite a bit to make the move, but she was helpful in showing me all my options and making the process quick and smooth.
